JVM implementation of the AWS Lambda / API Gateway streaming response protocol (metadata JSON + 8-byte delimiter + body). ResponseWriter encodes the wire format; copy() streams large payloads with bounded memory. Depends only on kotlinx-serialization — no AWS artifacts, no logging framework.
