Spring Boot autoconfiguration for Apache Axis2.
Add this single dependency to get AxisServlet registered, repository staged,
and OpenAPI/MCP endpoints activated with sensible defaults.
Supports both SOAP and JSON-RPC modes via axis2.mode property.
