Thin, relocated, drop-in Spark bundle that runs incremental XTable metadata sync. v1 ships the standalone spark-submit entry point (XTableSparkSync); the config-only, driver-side QueryExecutionListener on-ramp is a planned follow-up (see rfc/rfc-3).
