Conformant port of the kanonak.org/wire-form binary reader/writer — bounds-checked cursor reads/writes, big-endian integers, strict UTF-8, lowercase-canonical UUIDs, and a fail-loud error taxonomy — verified against the shared golden vectors. JDK-only, no runtime dependencies.
