The RingBuffer API and the idling strategies it waits on: RingBufferFactory, the four access types, IdleStrategy, FastThreadLocal, and the skeleton the implementations extend. Compile against this and add ringos-lib-impl-all at runtime, which supplies an implementation for the JDK in use.
