Exposes the moskito-control-agent data as a Spring Boot Actuator endpoint (/actuator/moskitocontrol), so Spring Boot applications can be scraped by MoSKito Control without registering the servlet filter. The wire protocol is identical to the http-endpoint, so the existing HttpConnector reads it unchanged.
