Generic error-code registry and renderers for the opentmf family. The core module carries the ErrorCode contract, the CommonErrorCode seed catalog, a machine-readable error-codes.json, and a shared OAS 3.1 components fragment. The spring module adds optional ProblemDetail and TMF Error renderers.
