Server-Sent Events (SSE) support for the frisby-web HTTP client. Provides
SseSpec, SseListener/SseListenerBuilder, and SseHandler/SseBatchHandler for
consuming SSE streams, with automatic reconnect, buffered backpressure, and
observability events (reconnect, pipeline stats) via SseListenerObserver.
