HTTP client for Java 17+, built on the JDK's java.net.http.HttpClient. Provides
a fluent request/response API, pluggable JsonSerializer-based body handling,
compression, configurable request/response logging, and a typed
HttpResponseException hierarchy for client and server error responses.
