Jackson-backed implementation of the frisby-web JsonSerializer contract. Wraps
a preconfigured com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.ObjectMapper (with JSR-310 and
JDK8 module support) so client and server modules can serialize and deserialize
JSON request/response bodies.
