JSpec-backed matching policy provider for JClaim. Implements the MatchingPolicy port by projecting each (Claim, candidate) pair into a target/context document and evaluating a JSpec Specification whose $contextPath operands late-bind against the candidate context. Keeps the jspec dependency off jclaim-core's classpath.
