A parley-files FileSource implementation for SSH/SFTP servers, found at runtime through ServiceLoader. The SSH library is a provider found on the class path: parley-files-sftp-parley-ssh (parley-ssh), parley-files-sftp-jsch, parley-files-sftp-mina, or one written against the us.bringardner.parley.files.sftp.spi package.
