Command-line interface for the RDF Exporter. Note that this is not shipped with Ondex or Mini, if you need the CLI wrapper for the RDF exporter, you've to download it from our Maven repository: http://ondex.rothamsted.ac.uk/nexus/content/groups/public-snapshots/net/sourceforge/ondex/modules/rdf-export-2-cli/ (look for rdf-export-2-cli_XXX.zip).
